Funding Sources: Research-Practice Partnership Research Support from Graduate School of Education, UC Berkeley

BAY AREA EDUCATOR RESILIENCE PROJECT (COMPLETED)

Project summary: In this project, we have partnered with Oakland Unified School District and San Francisco Unified School District to learn more about educators' stress and wellbeing during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through a research-practice partnership, we developed surveys to assess educators' compassion fatigue, online teaching self-efficacy, perceived school connectedness, and frequency of contact with other school members.
