JIN HYUNG (JAMES) LIM

Jin Hyung (James) Lim is a first-year doctoral student in the School Psychology Program at UC Berkeley. He received a prestigious scholarship for his PhD work funded by Korea Foundation for Advanced Studies (KFAS). Jin Hyung obtained BA in Education (with Summa Cum Laude) and MA in Special Education at Seoul National University in South Korea. During his Master's study, he actively participated in numerous research projects and worked with underserved students who are not fully supported at school. Jin Hyung stands for the socio-ecological perspectives on risk and resilience of school members, and is particularly interested in psychoeducational assessments, culturally-informed & evidence-based instructions, and teachers' professional development.
