Our lab has released a new brief titled "Professional and Social Support Networks for California UTK Teachers (Part 1)." Conducted with 21CSLA, the brief highlights current support gaps for Universal Transitional Kindergarten (UTK) teachers and recommends strengthening connections through mentoring, targeted professional development, and communities of practice to enhance teacher effectiveness and retention.
